Full-stack developer for fourteen years, almost four of them at a Y Combinator fintech. Now I run my own studio in Zagreb, The Mariscal. This year I put more than twenty sites live, and you can open every one of them on this page.

Martin is an excellent full stack developer who combines strong technical skills with a great sense for design. He got onboarded super quickly and was able to contribute literally on the first day. He took full ownership of tasks, working independently, from front to back, while still keeping a collaborative and open mindset. Martin also brings reliability, creativity, and a positive attitude to the team.

Fabian HemmerichFounding Engineer @ Sitelevel.ai

Martin was a key part of our product team at mytalents.ai: full stack by title, but especially strong on the frontend. Fast, clean, and independent. He owned features end-to-end, shipped reliably, and always brought good instincts for UX and code quality.

Florian HasibarCo-Founder Northscope · Agentic finance for traditional industry

I had the pleasure of working with Martin, whom we hired as a full-stack developer. From day one, he took full ownership of projects, exceeding expectations by delivering high-quality, customer-facing features on time. He also contributed valuable ideas that improved our products immensely.

I had the pleasure of working with Martin Silva Molina, and I can confidently recommend him for his exceptional professionalism, responsibility, and autonomy. Martin consistently delivers tasks quickly and on time, without the need for reminders, and always communicates in a polite and respectful manner.
